The Game Awards, la prestigiosa ceremonia anual de la industria del videojuego, anunció sus nominados para 2023, destacando a Alan Wake 2 y Baldur’s Gate 3 con 8 nominaciones cada uno.

La lista de nominados incluye 112 juegos, personalidades y eventos que abarcan diversos géneros y plataformas. Entre los candidatos al Juego del Año se encuentran Alan Wake 2, Baldur’s Gate 3, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Resident Evil 4, Super Mario Bros. Wonder y The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Una nueva categoría, Mejor Adaptación, presenta nominaciones para películas y programas de streaming, como Castlevania: Nocturne, Gran Turismo, The Last of Us, The Super Mario Bros. Movie y Twisted Metal.

Por su parte, Nintendo lidera en nominaciones con 15, seguido por Sony Interactive Entertainment/PlayStation con 13, Xbox (incluyendo Bethesda y Blizzard) con 10, y Epic Games como el publisher third party más nominado, con 9.

El evento se transmitirá en vivo el 7 de diciembre desde Los Ángeles, con premios, anuncios de juegos y actuaciones musicales. The Game Awards 2023 se transmitirá gratuitamente en más de 30 plataformas digitales como YouTube, Twitch, Steam, Facebook, TikTok Live y otros.

Los espectadores pueden participar en The Game Awards 2023 a través del servidor oficial de Discord y el sitio web oficial, votando por los nominados antes de la gala.

La votación en línea para elegir a los ganadores está abierta hasta el 6 de diciembre, y los gamers pueden participar a través de la página oficial y el servidor Discord de The Game Awards.
